Challenge


In 2007, with the release of the Lenevo IBM tablet, Solvay Pharma needed to train their sales reps during a nation wide roll-out. The software was a CRM tool that would be used in interactions with health care providers. The hardware, IBM’s Lenovo X60 Tablet Notebook. Our goal, train all US salespeople on this new technology.

Strategy


For a four day training session, train the sales and field reps on how to use software with hardware.

Result


A Cognitive Generation Enterprises consultant was contracted as a assistant trainer in Atlanta, GA. For three weeks, four days a week, our consultant worked with Solvay Pharma and its employees to train them on this new technology.
